Returns & exchanges
We do not offer returns, but we do offer product exchanges or store credit within 7 days of purchase (MUST present original receipt & plant/ product must be in good condition- like when purchased).
Warranty
Plants are living and require special care. Our plant warranty applies to plants installed by us (excluding under or over watering situations). We do not warranty plants sold at our Garden Center that are installed by homeowner or other companies because of numerous environmental factors out of our control that can affect a plant once planted.
Please notify us if you observe any symptoms or if a plant's health seams to decline ASAP (such as wilting, leaf or needle drop, discoloration of leaves or woody stems, insect activity, etc.) in order for us to quickly determine possible causes of plant stress and recommend solutions immediately.
Mansfield Gardens is happy to give each customer an easy-to-follow plant health care manual that covers, watering, fertilizing and quick maintenance techniques when requested.

Gift certificates
We do offer gift certificates. Allow 2 hours to generate. We can email gift certificate in pdf file for customer to forward to recipient OR we can have them printed and picked up the next business day.
